Fishlips LLC announces new tenants at the Marcellus Energy Park
Montoursville, PA (October 13, 2011) –Fishlips LLC, a partnership between local developers Brent M. Fish and Dan Klingerman, announce three new service company tenants at the Marcellus Energy Park (MEP). FMC Technologies, GE Oil & Gas and Blackhawk, LLC have signed agreements to construct multiple build-to-suit facilities for their operations.

Marcellus Energy Park (MEP), a collaboration between the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce and Fishlips, LLC, is a 200 acre industrial park located along Industrial Park Road in Muncy, PA. The park is located in eastern Lycoming County off of Route 180 and provides easy access to northeastern Pennsylvania counties developing natural gas. FMC Technologies will be located at 320 Marcellus Drive, occupying 5.2 acres. GE Oil & Gas will be located at 321 Marcellus Drive, occupying 3 acres.

Marcellus Energy Park currently hosts anchor tenant, Weatherford International, which occupies 22.7 acres with expansion plans to build 3 more facilities behind their current site for additional services-lines. Future projects also include Blackhawk Specialty Tools, LLC. The initial development phase was completed in November 2010 and the remaining area in the park expects to be committed to by 2012.
